How to make Chocolate, banana and peanut butter smoothie bowl

The chocolate, banana and peanut butter bowl is a very filling and super - food packed breakfast. It is made with few ingredients and also come together in less than 5 minutes. It is also vegan friendly. The taste is so wonderful. Sweet and chocolaty.



Well it is spring where I am right now, so this is the perfect and refreshing breakfast for this weather. To tell you the truth I do not mind eating this in any kind of weather. It is that delicious and guilt free breakfast. The cacao, the peanut butter, the honey, the cinnamon and the wonderful toppings; just so much flavor and sweetness. So Yummy.


Here are the ingredients I used

2 small bananas (frozen if possible)

1/2 Avocado

2 tbs raw cacao

1 tbs peanut butter

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbs honey

1/2 cup water ( add more if you need to but it needs to keep like a pudding kind of consistency.)




Make it

Add the ingredients into a blender.


Blend the ingredients until smooth.



Add to a bowl and add your favorite toppings. I added strawberries, bananas, almond slices, healthy granola and some chia seeds.
