Immunity Boosting Delicious Turmeric, Ginger, Honey paste

When I am thinking about a home made, and delicious immunity boosting recipe; this comes to my mind.
Specially now when the kids are home and we are all needing something to keep us from getting sick and gives us more energy this is something we can whip up in few minutes.
This paste only needs a few ingredients and every ingredient that goes in it has some kind of benefit to our body.
These are the ingredients :
1 TBS grated fresh Turmeric or ground Turmeric
1 tbs grated ginger
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 lemon zest
1/4 cup honey
a dash of cayenne
For this recipe you will need a mason jar with a lid.
in the container add the turmeric, the ginger, the black pepper (it is very important to include the black pepper because it helps the body to absorb all the benefits of the turmeric. Then add the grated ginger, the lemon zest and the cayenne. The cayenne is optional but it boost up the flavor and also immune up a notch.
Finally add the honey and mix well.
We can use this paste with freshly squeezed orange juice or put on tea spoon of the paste at bottom of our mug and put some hot water over it and drink.
