My signature Chicken salad

This chicken salad is so simple but flavorful. I make this at least once a week either for lunch or dinner. It is everyone's favorite in my house.

These are the ingredients

2 cups of shredded chicken breast or thighs

2 table spoon mayonnaise I use 365 mayonnaise whole foods.

a juice of one lemon

1 medium size granny smith apple or an apple of

your choice chopped

1/4 cup cranberries

1 table spoon extra virgin olive oil

salt and pepper to taste.


In a medium size bowl put the shredded chicken add all the ingredients and mix well.

Add it on a wrap of your choice or bread and enjoy.

Serve with a side salad, roasted vegetables or Fruit.
